Frequently asked questions
What should I do if a payment is pending or my MoMo was debited?
Open the existing order and check its payment status before paying again. Keep the order reference, provider reference, amount and time. If a debit has no confirmed order payment, send those details and a redacted receipt to Support. Never send a MoMo PIN or OTP.
When will held funds or a withdrawal become available?
Use the status and requirements shown for the actual funds or withdrawal. Paid, held, available, pending, rejected and completed are different states. Adding a payout destination does not release funds. No fixed release or provider transfer deadline is promised here; contact Support with the reference if the status is unclear.
How do I change privacy choices, export data or delete my account?
Use the Cookie choices notice for optional analytics and the available account controls for data requests. If you cannot complete a request there, email [email protected] from your registered address where possible. State whether you want access, correction, export or deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account; a submitted request is not proof of completion.
Does every referral signup earn a cash reward?
No. An invitation or signup alone is not an earned reward. Rewards depend on eligible recognised Yogroo commission, not the sale's gross amount. Read the public guide at https://yogroo.com/referrals and check your dashboard for applied programme values, attribution and recognised earnings. A balance is not a completed withdrawal. Referral rewards are not automatically clawed back after a later commission reversal; ask Support to investigate an incorrect credit.
How fast does support respond?
Email [email protected] or use your signed-in support tickets. Include your shop link, order or payment reference and a clear description. You can email without an account. Response times depend on the issue and current queue. Keep your reference for follow-up. For an urgent payment-account issue, also contact your payment provider through its official channel.
How should I handle client measurements and fitting changes?
Explain the purpose and obtain the client's agreement before recording measurements. Include units, date and whether values describe the body or finished garment. Confirm changes before cutting fabric or changing the quote. Keep client measurements out of public listings and screenshots.
