Where: Your listing and stock records in Yogroo Business when available.
Before you start
Count the actual pieces you can sell. Keep each one-of-one item distinguishable.
Steps
- State whether a size is a label size, a garment measurement or a customer's body measurement. Include the measurement unit and avoid promising a fit from a size label alone.
- For thrift stock, show wear, repairs and defects clearly. Photograph the piece the customer will receive.
- Use quantity one for a single available piece. If sizes or variants have separate quantities in your listing flow, check each variant rather than relying on a combined count.
- After an online or offline sale, reconcile the item and stock record before advertising it again. Check the public listing for sold-out or unavailable status.
- Review items together in the available collection tools only after their own details and availability are correct.
Check the result
The public listing's size, condition and availability match the actual piece. A sale recorded elsewhere has also been reflected in your stock records.
If something goes wrong
If two buyers request the same piece, confirm availability before taking another payment. If the stock record is uncertain, stop promoting the item and ask Support to reconcile it.
