Where: Your available seller order and offline-sale tools in Yogroo Business.
Before you start
Collect the actual items sold, quantities, amount received, payment method and sale date.
Steps
- Check whether the sale is already recorded before creating another entry.
- Use the available offline-sale action to record the real items and payment method. Money received outside Yogroo must not be described as a Yogroo-confirmed online payment.
- Check the saved sale and affected quantities. For a one-of-one thrift piece, confirm that it is no longer being offered as available.
- If the app is offline or indicates pending sync, keep the original receipt and check again after reconnecting. Pending local data does not prove server confirmation.
Check the result
One saved sale represents the actual transaction and the stock record has been reconciled.
If something goes wrong
If sync or saving times out, inspect the sale history before repeating the action. Send Support the reference and time if the result remains unclear; do not keep entering the same sale.
