Where: Public shop contact details; email Support; signed-in support tickets.
Before you start
Have the public shop link and any order or payment reference. Keep private tracking links and customer information out of public posts.
Steps
- Ask the seller about fit, fabric, condition, availability, production progress, delivery or pickup. Use the contact details on the actual shop.
- For account access, payment status, suspected fraud or an unresolved seller issue, email [email protected]. You do not need an account to request help.
- Give the shop link, order or payment reference, date, what happened and the resolution you seek. Include the dates of attempts to contact the seller.
- Attach useful screenshots with private details hidden. Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, full card numbers or identity documents by email.
- If you already have a Yogroo account, sign in to your support tickets at app.yogroo.com/account/support to view or create a ticket. Keep your sent email or ticket reference for follow-up.
Check the result
Your request reaches the party responsible for the next step, with enough context to investigate. Sending email does not promise an instant reply or automatic ticket number.
If something goes wrong
If you cannot sign in, continue by email; do not create a seller business just to complain. If your payment account may be compromised, also contact its provider through its official channel.
