Before you start
Preserve the shop or item URL, order reference if any, dates and relevant evidence. Avoid public accusations that reveal private customer information.
Steps
- Stop the interaction if someone asks for your password, OTP, MoMo PIN or an unexplained payment outside the order flow.
- Email [email protected] with a clear subject such as 'Suspected fraud', 'Counterfeit listing', 'Abuse' or 'IP report'. No seller account is required.
- Include the public shop or item URL and explain what happened. For an intellectual-property report, identify the work or right involved and your connection to it.
- Attach relevant screenshots with private information hidden. Use only a secure channel requested by Support for sensitive evidence.
- Keep your sent email or ticket reference for follow-up. If a payment is involved, also contact its provider through their official channel.
Check the result
You have sent an identifiable report with evidence and retained a record for follow-up. Sending a report does not itself establish a finding or guarantee compensation.
If something goes wrong
If you cannot sign in, use email. Do not post private order links, identity documents or credentials to get attention. For a continuing charge or compromised payment account, contact your provider immediately.
