Before you start
Have your business name, Ghana location, contact details and a short description ready.
Steps
- Open seller sign-up. If you already have an account, sign in instead of creating another.
- Enter your shop name and check the proposed shop link. Choose the available fashion business type that matches your work: made-to-order or product selling. The services lane is paused.
- Follow the account and business steps shown, then open your dashboard. Do not treat an unfinished setup or a failed save as a published shop.
- Use the dashboard setup checklist to edit your shop name, bio, shop link, appearance and fulfilment choices. Save each change and check the saved value.
- Photo uploads, first products and payout setup require Yogroo Business; they cannot currently be completed in the web setup editor. If you do not have an available app build, ask Support how to finish these tasks.
- Open your actual shop link in a signed-out browser. Check the name, description, contact details and available listings before sharing it.
Check the result
Your saved business details appear on your own shop link. A theme demo or dashboard preview alone does not prove that your shop is published.
If something goes wrong
If the link is taken, choose another available link. If saving fails, keep a copy of your text and retry after reconnecting. If the shop cannot be opened publicly, send Support its link and the unfinished checklist item.
Get help
Email [email protected], or sign in to your support tickets. You do not need a seller account to email us. Include the shop link, order or payment reference, what happened, and a screenshot with private details hidden. Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, full card numbers or identity documents by email.
