Where: Seller dashboard at app.yogroo.com; setup editors under /dashboard/setup.
Before you start
Sign in to the account that owns the shop. Have a business name, short description and preferred shop link ready.
Steps
- Open the shop-name setup task, labelled What should customers call your shop? Enter Shop name and save the change.
- Open Tell customers about your work. Enter About your work, save, then reopen it to check the stored text.
- Open Your shop link. Check the yogroo.com/@ prefix and enter the link text in Your link. Save an available link and copy the complete saved address.
- Open How your shop looks and save the style and colour offered for your business. Complete the remaining business questions, including How do customers get their orders?, with your real arrangements.
- Use Products → Add product for listing photos and stock. Use Website to preview or publish the design and check Your shop is open or Your shop is closed.
- Open the saved shop address while signed out. Check the business identity and actual listings before sending it to customers.
Check the result
Your saved setup matches the public shop. A completed questionnaire, a design draft and an open shop are separate states.
If something goes wrong
If Save is disabled, check for an invalid value or an unchanged field. A bio must be empty or at least ten characters. If a link is taken, choose another. Reload after a failed save before entering the same change again; tell Support which task failed.
Get help
Email [email protected], or sign in to your support tickets. You do not need a seller account to email us. Include the shop link, order or payment reference, what happened, and a screenshot with private details hidden. Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, full card numbers or identity documents by email.
