Where: Seller web → Website (/dashboard/website).
Before you start
Save your shop identity and link. Add accurate listings and fulfilment details. Check whether you are ready to receive orders.
Steps
- Open Website. Read Your shop is open or Your shop is closed; do not infer this from a theme preview.
- Use Change design to edit your appearance. Return to Website and choose Preview privately to inspect the saved draft. Keep the private preview link to yourself.
- Choose Publish design when the draft is ready. Wait for Published. Customers now see this design. Opening a preview does not publish it.
- If Your shop is closed, choose Open shop and wait for Your shop is open. If the backend refuses, resolve the displayed reason before retrying.
- Open the displayed yogroo.com/@ shop link in a signed-out browser. Check the identity, live listings, prices in GHS and delivery information.
- Only after that check, share the public shop link. Use Close shop if you need to stop public access; inspect the result rather than assuming a failed request closed it.
Check the result
The public shop opens for signed-out customers and shows the published design and actual live listings. Publishing appearance does not publish a draft product.
If something goes wrong
If the page says you have unpublished changes, preview and publish the saved design. For a concurrent-change refusal, reload Website and review the latest version. If a new tab is blocked, allow the official preview or follow the same-tab fallback. Send Support the shop link and displayed error if opening fails.
