Where: The official app.yogroo.com sign-in page and Yogroo Support.
Before you start
Use the same sign-in method and contact details associated with your existing account.
Steps
- Open official sign-in. If a Google or other provider option is offered, use the provider linked to your existing account; availability can differ by surface.
- If a password-recovery action is shown, follow it and use the newest recovery message. Do not share the recovery link or code.
- If no recovery action is available, email Support from your registered address where possible. Say that you cannot sign in and describe the method you normally use. Do not create a duplicate business to regain access.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, report it to Support and use the account's available security controls to review access and change credentials.
- Protect the email or phone used for your account as well. Use a unique password and never give a support caller your OTP or PIN.
Check the result
You can access the correct existing account, or have requested verified assistance without exposing credentials.
If something goes wrong
For an expired link, use the latest message or restart the offered recovery flow. If you no longer control the registered email or phone, tell Support; identity checks may be required. This guide does not claim a recovery screen is available where none is shown.
