Where: Seller web → Products → Add product → Photos.
Before you start
Keep your original image files. A local thumbnail is not confirmation that an upload or safety check passed.
Steps
- Choose Add photos. The first photo is the one customers see first; use clear photos of your own offering.
- Read the label on each photo. Uploading… means transfer is in progress; Checking… means the safety check is pending. Wait for Ready before putting the listing live.
- For Failed, check your connection and the displayed message. Use Remove photo for that image, then Add photos to retry the original file.
- For Blocked, remove the rejected image and choose an appropriate replacement. Do not repeatedly upload a rejected file to bypass the safety check.
- For Check delayed, keep the draft and contact Support if the delay persists. Save as draft does not prove the images are approved for public display.
- When the required photos are Ready and the form is valid, choose Put it live. Check Products and the actual public listing for the saved outcome.
Check the result
The listing is live only after its publication checks pass, or remains a saved draft with the unresolved photo identified.
If something goes wrong
If a save times out, inspect Products before creating another listing. Report the photo label, approximate time and shop link to Support; do not send private customer images or credentials.
