Before you start
Agree the design, fabric responsibilities, measurements, timing and total price before starting work.
Steps
- Write down the agreed garment, fabric source, design changes, fitting arrangements and target completion date. Keep a copy both parties can refer to.
- Review the quote total, deposit and remaining balance. Distinguish an agreed quote from a confirmed payment.
- Use only the payment and order actions available for that order. If a deposit action is unavailable, ask Support; a demo or an agreement in chat does not establish a live payment feature.
- Check the saved order and confirmed payment status before treating a deposit as received. A payment screenshot alone is insufficient.
- Agree fitting dates and communicate production progress accurately. Discuss a delay or requested design change before it changes the price or delivery plan.
Check the result
Both parties have the same quote and production plan; any deposit relied on is confirmed in the order or payment record.
If something goes wrong
For an unclear payment outcome, do not ask the client to pay again immediately. For a change or cancellation, document work already done and the requested resolution, then ask Support if the parties cannot agree. This guide does not promise a refund outcome.
