Where: Your client and tailoring records in Yogroo Business when available.
Before you start
Explain why you need measurements and obtain the client's agreement before recording or sharing them.
Steps
- Confirm the correct client, garment and measurement date. Explain who will use the information to make the order.
- Record values with explicit units. Separate body measurements from finished-garment measurements and note any fitting allowance you agreed.
- Review the measurements with the client before relying on them. Do not reuse an old set without checking that it still applies.
- Keep the measurements in the correct client's record; do not publish them in product descriptions, reviews or public photos.
- If the client requests a correction or deletion, contact Support when you cannot complete it through the available account controls. Explain any ongoing order that still needs resolution.
Check the result
The agreed measurements are attached to the right client and order, with units and date, and are not exposed publicly.
If something goes wrong
If units or values look wrong, confirm them before cutting fabric. If a record reached the wrong person, stop further sharing and report it to Support without putting the measurements in a public ticket screenshot.
