Frequently asked questions
Which country and currency does Yogroo support?
Yogroo's fashion launch is focused on Ghana and Ghana cedis (GHS). Do not assume international checkout, settlement or multi-currency support is available. Check the currency and fulfilment details on the actual order before paying.
Do I need a physical shop to start?
No physical shop is required to start your fashion business on Yogroo. Use accurate business and contact details, an available shop link and clear fulfilment arrangements. Customers still need to know what you sell and how they will receive it.
What can I finish on the web, and what needs Yogroo Business?
Web setup supports shop name, bio, link, appearance and business setup choices. Products lets you add product or design listings, upload listing photos and save drafts or publish after the checks pass. Website lets you preview and publish the saved design and open or close your shop. Logo, cover and payout setup are not available in the web editor. Check official app availability at https://yogroo.com/download or contact Support about those tasks. Never download an app from an unverified link.
Who arranges delivery or pickup?
Confirm the delivery or pickup arrangement, any charge and the expected handover with your seller before ordering. Use the status shown on your shop order link. Do not assume that every shop includes a Yogroo courier or a delivery guarantee.
Which payout methods are supported?
Payout destinations include Mobile Money and bank transfer where offered by your account's payout form. Check the available provider, saved destination and verification status in Yogroo Business. Adding an account does not confirm a withdrawal or release held funds. Payout setup is not currently available in the seller web editor.
What fees will I pay?
Check the current fee breakdown for your transaction and ask Support if it differs from public pricing. Do not infer an active subscription, fee rate, refund deduction or payout charge from an older help article. The fees guide shows how to reconcile gross amount, displayed deductions and net amount without promising an unconfirmed rate.
