Use the sign-in method linked to your existing account. Follow the recovery option if one is shown. If it is unavailable or you no longer control the contact method, email Support and request verified assistance. Do not create a duplicate business or send your password, OTP or recovery token.
Use only the sign-in options actually offered on the surface you are using, and the provider associated with your existing account. Availability may differ between web and mobile. If a provider fails, contact Support rather than creating an unrelated account.
Account access and payout eligibility are different. Follow the age, identity and verification requirements shown in your account and the applicable terms. Ask Support before relying on withdrawal access for an under-18 account. Upload identity documents only through the secure verification flow.
Yes. Start from the seller's public shop link and use its available guest checkout. Keep your order reference and private tracking link. You do not need to create a business to browse a shop or email Support about an order.
The agreed specification, production stage, nature of the problem and applicable terms matter. Preserve the quote, measurements or specification, order reference and evidence, then contact the seller. Escalate an unresolved issue to Support. This FAQ does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or promise automatic eligibility.
Email [email protected] with the public shop or item URL, what happened, dates, order reference if any and relevant redacted evidence. Use a clear subject such as Suspected fraud, Counterfeit listing, Abuse or IP report. Keep the email for follow-up. Do not include credentials, identity documents or private tracking tokens.
Yogroo's fashion launch is focused on Ghana and Ghana cedis (GHS). Do not assume international checkout, settlement or multi-currency support is available. Check the currency and fulfilment details on the actual order before paying.
No physical shop is required to start your fashion business on Yogroo. Use accurate business and contact details, an available shop link and clear fulfilment arrangements. Customers still need to know what you sell and how they will receive it.
Web setup supports shop name, bio, link, appearance and business setup choices. Logo, cover, first products and payout setup require Yogroo Business. If you cannot access an available app build, contact Support about finishing those tasks. Use official availability information rather than downloading an app from an unverified link.
Confirm the delivery or pickup arrangement, any charge and the expected handover with your seller before ordering. Use the status shown on your shop order link. Do not assume that every shop includes a Yogroo courier or a delivery guarantee.
Payout destinations include Mobile Money and bank transfer where offered by your account's payout form. Check the available provider, saved destination and verification status in Yogroo Business. Adding an account does not confirm a withdrawal or release held funds. Payout setup is not currently available in the seller web editor.
Check the current fee breakdown for your transaction and ask Support if it differs from public pricing. Do not infer an active subscription, fee rate, refund deduction or payout charge from an older help article. The fees guide shows how to reconcile gross amount, displayed deductions and net amount without promising an unconfirmed rate.
