Where: The current order, payment breakdown and available finance tools.
Before you start
Use the actual fee breakdown for the transaction. Public pricing and configured charges must be confirmed if they disagree.
Steps
- Open the relevant transaction and record the gross amount, each displayed deduction and the net amount. Ask Support about an unexplained difference before relying on a quoted rate.
- Example for checking arithmetic only: if a GHS100 transaction explicitly shows a GHS5 platform fee and GHS2 other deduction, its net is GHS93. These sample deductions are not a statement of Yogroo's current fee schedule.
- Distinguish held, pending and available funds using the status shown. An order being paid does not by itself mean its proceeds can be withdrawn.
- For a withdrawal, check its reference, destination and current status in the available finance flow. Pending, rejected and completed describe different outcomes.
- Follow any secure Ghana Card or identity-verification instructions shown in the app. Ask Support about age or eligibility restrictions before relying on withdrawal availability.
Check the result
You can reconcile the displayed net amount and identify whether the funds or withdrawal are actually available, pending, rejected or completed.
If something goes wrong
Do not submit duplicate withdrawals after a timeout. If the result is unclear or the destination is wrong, send Support the reference immediately. No fixed payout or release deadline is promised by this guide.
